All client information is completely confidential and secure and we comply with the GDPR. Information we collect is used for salon purpose only.
50% deposits taken for all appointment when booking, this fee may be charged for cancellations within 24 hrs and 100% fee will be taken for no shows or failure to arrive to appointments on time.
All appointments will receive a confirmation request via our automated text service, if appointments are not confirmed they may be released.
Patch test required for all new colour clients 48 hours before appointment and required every 3 months since last hair or beauty colour service.
All discounts and offers are only valid on adult and full priced treatments and not packages
Loyalty Scheme & Discounts
Loyalty cards for hair and beauty clients receive a hair or beauty stamp for each visit, minimum £20 spend. Collect 10 pink stamps and receive £10 voucher off a hair service or collect 10 black stamps and receive £10 voucher off a beauty service.
Valid against full priced treatments.
